CMOs conference for 1st quarter recovery

We are on the second day of conference for the recovery of sales and collection target for the 1st Quarter, 2nd half of March.  We are holding this at 3ffb, and our CMOs are billeted at Villa Jhoana resort where they have a supersized bed  (free use of swimming pool)  We have the five sbu represented:

1.   Oton  - Aprilyn
2.  Calapan -  Dynah
3.  Calamba -  Cynthia
4   Pangasinan -   Brenn
5.  La Union -   Rocel

We visited Wilcon and SM appliances to be familiar with finishing materials and FFE for the chapel use.

We had lunch at Red Palace near SM  (only CMOS)

We had dinner at Scrapyard   (CMOs and 3ffb staff)

We had socials and bonding at the Aquabar of Villa Jhoana resort.  We had some drinks and Videoke singing for team building and bonding.

We have plans of at least breaching additional P10 million in sales for SBU;   additional P7.7 million in collection for the next 15 days
