You can be promoted up to 2 levels  if you comply with/pass the following requirements:


l.  Skills   60%  (10 pts each


     l.  PDCA preparation  < event>      10 pts

     2.  Movie maker/ppt presentation and You Tube uploading   10 pts

     3.1  Push texts that are compelling   - 5 pts

           3.2  Sales presentations that are compelling   5 pts

     4.  Making a motif; thank you card, program   10 pts

     5   Use of the following equipment:     l0 pts.

         l.  Smoke machine

         2.  Bubble machine

         3.  Assembling the videoke and amplifier

         4.  Use of lapel mike

6.  Taking a nice picture and making a blogpost and proper labels  5 pts

7.  Memory board, memory display    5 pts


Others:   academic learning 5 pts each

One page reflection (back to back on yellow pages)

l.  Tom Hopkins sale fundamental

2.  John de Limme

3.  John Calub sales life cycle.

4.  Bouquet of Customer Service

5.  Buying a memorial park lot.

6.  Various burial practices  (Judaism and cremation)

7.  Secrets of Success  (Nap Hill  you have to explain)

8.  Why some people are successful, others are not (Brian Tracy)

Total 100 pts.


If you summarize additional  20 articles at Bulletin Board and at Majorem Lending, then you are promoted additional l salary step higher.

For non CSS, if you submit 20 articles:  video or powerpoint summary following the format:

l.  What is it that I learned

2.  What is this in relation to what I all ready know

3.  What is the practical application of this learning.

Promo period:    If you submit all by June 24 - 29 to FC or HR staff.

May I suggest that you all hurry, hurry.  Promo ends June 29, 2013

Who:   HR will evaluate and recommend the promotables

Read read practice and submit.
