On becoming wealthy - what is the secret?

Repost from MLII

Ad Majorem.....Wealth Builders From Brian Tracy and You Tube.

 By knowing why and how people do not become wealthy, we will know how to be wealthy

Conversely why are some people more successful?

Brian Tracy started out from a poor family. He started with nothing and jumped from job to job until he discovered the secret of success? Is it information? If it were so many librarians or professors would be rich. It is not It came from Aristotle - the law of cause and effect. Learn what successful people did, do it and you will be successful. But there is one common denominator for success that Brian discovered. It is self disicpline. Self discipline is doing what where and when something must be done even if you do not feel like doing it. And self discipline can be learned.

  2. This video is really inspiring. Brian Tracy pointed out 5 reasons why people do not become wealthy:
    1. It never occurs to them to become wealthy;
    2. They never decide to become wealthy and become successful and decide to take first step to become one;
    3. There is always a reason for procastination;
    4. Inability to delay gratification. They must practice budgeting and are irresistible to temptation; They must have discipline from spending; If you cannot save money the seed of greatness is not in you;
    5. Lack of time perspective - the amount of time that you took in consideration when planning your day to day activities and when making important decisions in your life. Those who have long time perspective almost invariably move up economically in his lifetime.

    Let us start moving and decide to become wealthy!

  3. The second video emphasizes two main important points:
    1. The Law of Cause & Effect - Have a clear goal of what you wanted to be. Begin with the end in mind. If you wanted to become successful then you are successful. Learn what you need to learn and do what you need to do.
    2. Self Discipline - having skills, good qualities/improve personalities and correct attitude. Discipline make yourself what you should do, when you should do whether you feel you like it or not. Discipline can be learned and can be practiced. A disciplined person is a person capable of accomplishing anything he planned for.
