Those who are interested to be promoted via the internal promotions memo must do must subscribe by emailing PD, copy: bpi.hgmp.jusgein@blogger.com on or before May 30, 2013.
This is just like a reservation and if you fail to do so, you forfeit the privilege to be promoted under this program.
