Better use of recruitment fee for local hiring

This is to suggest for study and SDCA the following innovation

For best use of P18,000 recruitment fee per head we spent for recruitment c/o of Rocky Gabatin:

Objectives:

1.  To attract more applicants;

2.  To properly reward qualified applicants

3.  To save recruitment cost

Realtiy:

Though we spent much on recruitment of Rocky Gabatin, the announced resignation of Ms. Roselle shows that it is not a fool proof expense.  May be we can spend less and achieve better results

What :  rewards/prizes for recuits (this is patterned after EEI recruitment strategy for construction workers (the seat mate at the bus who is an EEI construciton worker told me in the bus last night.   For taking exam he was given an x amount) and more)

Proposal  

Subject to the proposal and study of HR, why not do the following:

1.  Libreng merienda of at least P50. for those who pass the written exam;

2.  For those who pass all writen interview, and are ffor final interview, when he appears for final interview,   he is given  say P250.00 (to help him defray the cost).  (Say if you appear for final interview with final requiremnts we give you P250.00) and half when he arrives on time, and passes the interview

3. For those on training, we give x amount  (say30%) when he arrives for training;
and 2/3 if he passes (at least 75%) the exams 

     say P1,000 for far away Luzon SBUs -  Panga and La Union
     say  P2,000 for Oton and Calapan
