Minutes of the meeting by and between Jorge Saguinsin and Henry Tanedo at BK
at Tiendesitas today February 19 2017

Agenda:

1.  GDC

     1.  Infrastructure:   walls building
     2.  Improvements at the site
     3.  Agenda from JR:

                1.  backfilling and levelling of areas near the newly built wall;
                2.  cleaning the vault area; and moving the container to an area farther away and/or to block
                      the path of squatters
                3.  allowing Tatang to put up a shed at the site, to sleep there to guard the site vs the 
                     squatter
                4.  proposal to have the crematorium at the interior of the park rather than near the entrance
                5.  building a commercial area near the front of the property due to commercialization of                           the old provincial road to  Midlands/ Tanauan

                6. closure of shortages account

   4.  From AUG

     1, Another 60 days promo:  60 months to pay, P48,000 price for selected plots, P800 MA, 0 interest
         and selling the other plots using the same scheme

     2.  Collection of backlog of ME

Deliberation

1.  Mr Tanedo congratulates HGGMP and its contractor for a well built wall, however some improvements are in order: (also int he agenda of JR)

     1.  back filling from current level and maybe compaction  (For Morong Lands/GCH  MRS

     2.  moving away the vault manufacturing area from its current location, moving the container van, and cleaning the area. (For Morong Lands GCH MRS

    3.  cleaning the road:   HGGMP staff or red boys of Pete Castillo

2.  AUG/JUS does not interpose objection to allowing Tatang to build a shack at the site sleep there
be provided by P1,000 allowance, and (also to the guard at HGGMP provided that he complies with 
the rules of memorial park that includes the maintenance of plots of customers or being involved
in petty quarrel due to chismis and/or loose tongues

3.  The arguments pros and cons for the location of the crematorium in front:

     Pro:

     1.  Visibility

     2.  Convenience -  customers can see it in front, only walking distance
      from provincial road, we can also build ash crypts along the path walk
         ala Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC

     Con:

    1.  Can not be seen by the public     

    2.  Security risk because it is far away from the SG/office

    3.  Additional wring cost 

    4.  There is a statement of fact that the neighbors might complain.  But if you look at the  google map, there are more residents near the interior (at Dona Andrea) than there are  at the front. (vacant lot ang katabi ng HGGMP at the right side)




4.   With regards to building of commercial area, from the business side that is a good idea because
      of some many commercial areas that have sprung up.   However, Sec A. 1.2.2 of the IRR of EO 648, 
      specifies that the memorial park shall not be less than 100 meters away areas where the dominant
      land use is neither commercial, residential, nor industrial.   HLURB policies pdf



     As we build the commercial area we create an adverse condition for the memorial park;  may be kiosk areas
 may be provided.  Except for Evergreen Memorial Park in Pasig which built commercial buildings in front (in a highly
     commercialized area) no one dared for fear self strangulation. It defies also our business purposes (corporate and JV) that we are primarily for this type of business




   5.  As for the promo for sales of plots 1,000 selected only (lawn 2A or this newly developed area near the vault yard, 60 months to pay (60 + 6 if MA is more than 60 months) he agrees provided:

       1  he is furnished cf statement that shows the improvement in cash flows
       2   proper safeguards are made and there is no repeat of 2015
       3   that all guidelines be written out so that his comptroller is properly guided
            and will not meddle with the conduct of the campaign;

   It was pointed out that the healthy cash flow of HGGMP is due to the campaign of 2015 from where we learned a lot of lessons

    6. Mr. Tanedo requests the closure of discrepancy in remittance (as result of theft by employees
        and latest by Crisanta)   JUS stated that the new Chief accountant of Holy Gardens Group will
        look into this for early resolution

   7.  Mr. JUS pointed also that AUG has not be able to collect its correct ME budget.   (due to its omission
        or action of the comptroller) Again the new Chief Accountant will look into this for early resolution

N. B.

Mr Tanedo said he will schedule a visit to SBMA to look at Holy Land and say hello to the new SBMA administrator
who is a friend, so that we will appreciate the crowd, tourist attraction of such an improvement  He will notify GM Madel
and the undersigned
