Today is Holy Wednesday. How are we observing Holy Week.?
Many enlightened preachers are saying that it is not only Christmas that we do our duties and discharge our
responsibilities as Christians,but every day of the week. It is not a question of hearing mass or service on Saturday (as 7 day Adventists would espouse) but adoring praising the Lord every day.
Thus what have we done/will be doing for our neighbors - fellow men. Not just Christians
1. We vowed that we will allocate 10% of our Net Income to certain advocacies: school buildings, feeding programs, assistance to home for the aged and orphanages
2. Last January we donated for the purchase of 2,000 Bibles for distribution at hinterlands of Mindoro Occidental.
3. We have 500 Bibles on hand: to give to the families of bereaved during interment, and or give to anyone who wishes to have a free Bible.
We have sent 100 Bibles to each of Pangasinan and La Union for this purpose. Still to be done: Calapan, Calamba, Oton. And to Morong.
A way to contributing to spreading the word of God - Evangelization...
