Subject:  Upping sales of Existing CMCS, start of CMCS at La Union and HAMP


 This office received a call from the office of Mr. Jess Crisologo of TACDI reminding me that we should have started the chapel memorial care and service at La Union.  I said we are working on this since 5 years ago.

 Can we finally do this:

    1.  That is where money is; (cash and 30 to 50% gp)

    2.  We are in a position to deliver this since we have the chapel and memorial park

    3.  We can fully utilize the memorial plan company.

  Follow up:

  1.  CMCS at Calamba?   Sale of memorial plans?

  2. CMCS at HAMP?  Still finding difficulty with business plan of Joy?

  Let us do it now.  Let us act now.   Let us not court failure...

    Good day Sir!

    Re- Status for CMCS

    Nag submit na po ako kay Ma'am Madel ng revised PDCA last March 28, 2017, kasi po ung naunang PDCA ko po na naisubmit,
    may comments po si Ma'am kaya inaayos ko po follow up ko nalang po for approval

    Sa mga Funeral Staff like embalmer, driver, florist and attendant po may mga contact numbers na po ako nila once na nag start na po ng CMCS tatawagan ko po sila
    para ma train po sila

    Yesterday kumuha po ako sa Municipality ng Morong ng requirements for DAR clearance need po kasi sa registered of Deeds for Bautista & Talanay property para
    po makapagconstruct ng ng stockroom for CMCS equipment
