Agenda: Update on revision of plan for Holy Gardens Greenhills Bangin expansion
1. Noted on the new plan:
1. The former lay out of the roads and plots were retained; that of having a longer
landing and putting roads nearer the river was not adopted
2. The costs therefore were contained
3. There would be a lot of terracing riprap with sidewalk
Engr Jay showed the 3d of the slope topo and we were right in saying that the transition portion from Phase 1 to Bangin is steep. And so with the adjoining
property of Andrea Subdivision
Comments and suggestion:
1. 2. The riprap/slope protection from Andrea should be included.
3. JUS commended the team for maintaining the costs and original plan and speaks well of their planning, engineering and analytical skills. Thus we can go with this project with better grasp of cost
