Proper sequence of Hiring Process

I enjoin every one to look at page 12 of this ppt.  After initial interview, we give application form and then the exams.  Nowhere that it says that we give exam nor give a complete interview prior to filling up of application form

This post does not like misunderstanding  because this is lack of professionalism,, and RRURAC, or professionalism

1.  Initial interview – talk to the applicant so that the HR

              will know him/her better, "Tell me about yourself, why

              are you applying, why do you want to work?"

         2.  If the applicant looks qualified, let him fill up the appli-

              cation form completely and thoroughly, no blanks left.

              Explain the notes explanation at the app form.

              He cant copy from CV or resume he brings;

              Resume must have pictures and SIGNED….. With date

2.Schedule exam date and time (preferably on a not so busy

      and time

3.Exams:

      1.  Obedience exam -  10 mins.  If the applicant fails here

           and there are many marks on answer sheet, the exam

           portion is cut short

     2.  Verbal, numerical, and reasoning exam -  answer on a

          separate answer sheet. Passing is 80;  75 is fail.  Those

          who fail cant get any further in the hiring process
