2  How do you make things happen?  Everything starts with action.  Action begets action.   Establish timelines as to who will do it and make very clear on what repecussions could be if the delegated action is not completed

3.  How to talk like leader?  Know what you want.  Avoid superlatives and adjectives.  Avoid but.  Call a spade a spade.  Talk up and clearly

4.  Interview questions you might want to ask to improve hiring outcome.   What is your five year plan here.  Tell how you are going to solve this problem.  If this business went into crisis, what you you do to help revive this?  How would you improve the office appearance

I have made several posts at ProfJorge Entrep blog which can be useful to the Holy Gardens group business:

1.  The art of effective explanations   -  ABE -  always be explaining rather than ABC.  ABC is easier said than done.

2.  Avoiding costly business mistakes   There are no friends in business;  commit everything in writing;  Only the paranoid survive.  Conduct due diligence always.   Do not be caught by a divide and rule strategy.  "Sinabi na ng boss mo iyan"  Always try to do telecon, have witness to your conversation.  Do not fall for that trap.

3.   What matters most?  Competitive strategy, marketing ploy, marketing pizzas may work for us, but a at the end of the day, it is the superior product quality  that provides MVP to your customer that matters.  Strive to have superior product.  What will you do to have superior product

4.  Taking leadership and responsibility to the next level    If you want to be promoted and you want to develop and grow your business, your maturity level, attitudes and behavior must grow.  You cant perpetuate the culture of dependence on you if you are the "know it  all boss".  What changes must you undertake to be a better leader?
