Our site inspection to possible new Holy Gardens site

Let us have ears that can hear, minds that can understand, hearts that can feel, hands that can do...Let us read and understand these posts

Just before Christmas, I was presented a property, claimed to be only 2.5 km from Puregold Baguio(wow) for a possible site for Holy Gardens.  I know that the city cemetery just beside Puregold is crowded all ready, I decided that I must visit it as soon as posssible.

So I decided to visit it yesterday;  I asked the assistance of BG to join me to:   assess the property and make the BP if feasible  -  she will do the market studies, plans, operating financial plan process plan later on.  Late in the afternoon of 27, it would not be so because AC was not there, Bong did not go to work anymore, and RC was going on leave.  There were adjustments made and we had the trip push through.  However, these were the things we found out:

l.  The site is 14 km from Baguio city (and not 2.5 km from Puregold as claimed);  the jeepney fare of P25.00 reflect the distance (like Dagupan to San Carlos) and does not make it desireable location for a memorial park.

2. BG, said the site, almost like a ravine/cliff is not suitable for a amemorial park

Some interesting details:

l.  The owner of the property whom I will meet in Baguio got their bus after I got into Dagupan bus at about  11 of the 17 (it was all ready difficult getting a ride to the province)

2.  BGs father worked in a Chevron station near Veniz Mcdo where I met BG;

3.  The ride to and from the site (Baguio to Bauang vice versa is spaced say 20 to 30 minutes) thus Leslie whom we met in Bauang later on, was stood up because of the delay of the commute.

4. Another cause of the delay was the lecture of the companion of the lot owner, who talked about metaphysics (understanding of ourselves - sino ako) third eye, and our estrangement with God.  He claims he can cure people of diseases, and made deads rise (powe of Lazarus)

                                14 km from Baguio
