Attention SBUs: La Union, Calamba, Calapan, BPI, Oton, Majorem, HAMP
It is noted that after one week after the end of the conference, only Pangasinan has satisfactorily complied with the submission of the
conference output.
Please take note that if you do not submit any promo, then you do not have any promo for 2013!! It is my experience:
l. SBUs never promptly submit the outputs once they are out of conference room; it takes more explaining to them as they prepare the conference outputs. All things should be finished in the conference.
2. They must come to the conference prepared.
Somebody:
l. Let us do a postmortem of the conference in the light of difficult financial position;
2. Prepare choose the mc very well; we have to satisfy both the partying and the requirement to submit/plan for 2013 and it did not make sense to end the first day at 230. Mature leaders should have prevailed
