Submission of Conference outputs

I understand especially Greenhills, the conference outputs have not been submitted or if submitted are incomplete or lackdaisical.  It has been business as usual for all, except for Pangasinan.  Their good attitude and habits carry well into their this year's achievement

What can be done?  When is the final submission;   if we fail here, then we fail.

Submission of Conference Workshop output

I understand that the conference workshop output were not completed last Sunday.   The promise you told me is today.  The two items are (due to me)

l.  Corporate analysis for 2012

           l. Goals for 2013:    Sales, CF, Net INcome, BAlance Sheet:   Total Assets/TSE

           2.  Background:

                Internal analysis

                External analysis (opportunity scanning):   Macro and Micromarket analysis

                Strategic options:

                         Product

                          Marketing  (sales/promo, price discounts etc

                          Operations:   record keeping, delivery of docs, interment, purchasing, finance,  HR, efficiency

                          Finance:   cost reduction, inventory system, collection, IT

The above shall be the basis for 2013 corporate plan/ performance evaluation

Choice of options

2.  Mindmaps for CSS I and 2


        Central idea:  my rewards/profit for 2013


    l.  Strength

   2.  Weaknesses

   3.   Opportunities

   4.  Options and priorities

The financials shall be submitted asap

It has been my experience that upon the return of the staff to their home SBUs, submission of the conference outputs has been a constant and big deterrent to a successful new year.

Submit soon/ASAP <many did not comply>
