Increase Visits to Holy Gardens group website

TO      :    Holy Gardens CMO, Acting CMO MTs

Encouragement of more visits to the HolyGardens Group website

Reality:   l.  The number of visit to the site is anemic

               2.  Our sales confirm this

How:      l.  Publicize the Holy Gardens group website

              2.  Publish interesting articles and pictures on the website

              3.  Do good deeds and publicize

              4.  Strive, through your staff, and customer service, landscaping, office arrangements, decors to make your Holy Gardens unique and attractive and differentiated so that customers buy again and again (more repeat sales)

Can we do this well?  Are you motivated to do this well?

    We just started re decorating our office today. Despite of the busy schedule due to the preparation of today's interment, we spent some time re decorating our office and make it more attractive and comfortable to our visitors and customers.

    RJ, our new CSS 1 prepare and studying how interment program runs. From making a tribute, making thank you cards to the actual interment. service.

    Cherryl do textblast for collection while Len teach RJ interment process.

    I decorated the office as Mr. Guevarra, Ms. Saminiano and Mommy Lucila (we call our customer Mommy or Tita upon getting their approval) requested. A Christmas lights were also installed at our office door.

    We make sure that facebook is always ready. We use it as a tool and as a presentation of our interment service.
