Promos for 2013

Subject:    Marketing strategies and tactics for 2013

Except for cap ex (building construction, toilet, fences, backfilling) all initiatives to sell the SBU products/and services
would have to come from the SBU (at your level) in order to sell the products:

l.  regular lots
2.  ash crypts
3.   packages
4.   bereavement chapel services
5.   cremation (if we have)

by way of

l.  Promotions - ads, promo items etc

2.  Placements (programs for sales channels)

3.  Pricing   (dp, interest, discounts etc)

There were so many promos we had in 2012 but we actually sold less compared to 2011
