What did we talk about our in our am talk yesterday and today

We talked about the following yesterday September 12, 2014

1.  What is the business of BPI

     1.  Serving the accounting, administrative, recording, and filing of  Holy Gardens Memorial Park group. Majorem's duty is to gather the funds, and make the same available for finishing the projects  and to take advantage of new business opportunities.

      2.  We are in the business of managing and leading the various Holy Gardens memorial park to render excellent customer service, to make the parks beautiful and competitive, and to develop world class officers and staff

2.  What is the value proposition:

     With excellent customer service, interment service and landscaping in various Holy Gardens site, and with increase in sales:

      1. The value of plots and memorial parks would rise and would be desired by prospects to be bought

      2. Increase in sales would mean:

              1.  MOre funds to be saved by MLII (more wealth accumulation)

               2.  More stable source of funds for revenue of BPI

3.  What is your main obligation as an employee

       1. To master your job better than others;

       2.  Self improvement:

               1. To increase your marketability in the job market

               2. To be promoted in your job;  if you increase your innovation and problem solving ability, you will be promoted.


Today:   September 13, 2014


We had PE.  Our PE was partially stretching and some TaiChi and some Yoga

Topics for today:

1.  Goal setting

       We need to establish a 5 year plan for our salary and career. We need a long term view of our career and what we shall be later on. We cant just do the same thing day and day out.

2.  Seize the day

        Only the dead, many of the 3ffb staff say, do not act nor move.  But we are not dead.  We are alive. We should be moving.

        And yet many people, behave as if they are dead (not only deaf)

3.   CCD for unsatisfactory work, communication and job performance.  Emphasis on 2.27, 2.11
