We are holding an administrative conference to thresh our administrative concerns that ail our organization:

WHEN    -   September 18, 2014   8 to 5 pm

WHERE:    3FFB

WHO:      MLM, RCC, CC BGG

Objectives

1.  To attain unity greater  understanding and unity

2.  To up sales;

3. Lessen cost and delays:

4. To build a speed culture






MJ  What:   prepare program, hand outs, travel notice, agenda, materials,  budget, food and merienda, power point presentation AV if needed

    1. Copies of all sales memos, sales organizaiton

    2. Copies of Section 2 of CCD

    3.  Copies of admin plan and and performance evaluation

Format:

1. We will choose a discussant leader and a reactant and recorder per topic.  (HR ASSIGN NOW)  The minutes shall discuss a specific action

Expected output:

1.  Better cooperation between 3ffb and sbu;

2.  Higher sales and collection

3.  Better compliance and cooperation

        If you are part of a sales organization, the 3 referral fee requirement is waived

       SM   10%  rate only if you:    have 4 downlines (sales execs who have sold, and or P1,000,000 previous sales record

       SD    13% rate only if you:     have 4 sales manager or P2,000,000 previous sales record
