We have outlined, after recruitment of sales executives, certain events which can be executed to attract buyers/prospects to come to the site:
1. Grand merienda day (time with anniversary or Saints Birthday}
2. Sales caravan. You can hire tricycles and jeepneys with sound system to make announcements. The vehicles can be loaded with balloons,. flowers tarps and leafletting, candy distribution to attract attention. Have wang wang too.
3. Investors day. By invitation:
1. Sales of forfeited plots (special price)
2. Specially priced plots
3. New product offerings
To raise cash
Think of other sales events
4. Panigang, boodle fight for valued customers
It would be the best experience to BENCH MARK, for people to be more aware about Holy Gardens Calapan Memorial Park, and we will be holding the parade before the BIG event on November 1. A very wise IDEA and concept for marketing. Less budget to spend but More exposure to let people see especially around the City of Calapan.
