This office received a call from the office of Mr. Jess Crisologo of TACDI reminding me that we should have started the chapel memorial care and service at La Union. I said we are working on this since 5 years ago.

Can we finally do this:

1. That is where money is; (cash and 30 to 50% gp)

2. We are in a position to deliver this since we have the chapel and memorial park

3. We can fully utilize the memorial plan company.

Follow up:

1. CMCS at Calamba? Sale of memorial plans?

2. CMCS at HAMP? Still finding difficulty with business plan of Joy?

Today is Holy Wednesday. How are we observing Holy Week.?

Many enlightened preachers are saying that it is not only Christmas that we do our duties and discharge our
responsibilities as Christians,but every day of the week. It is not a question of hearing mass or service on Saturday (as 7 day Adventists would espouse) but adoring praising the Lord every day.

Thus what have we done/will be doing for our neighbors - fellow men. Not just Christians

1. We vowed that we will allocate 10% of our Net Income to certain advocacies: school buildings, feeding programs, assistance to home for the aged and orphanages

2. Last January we donated for the purchase of 2,000 Bibles for distribution at hinterlands of Mindoro Occidental.

3. We have 500 Bibles on hand: to give to the families of bereaved during interment, and or give to anyone who wishes to have a free Bible.

We have sent 100 Bibles to each of Pangasinan and La Union for this purpose. Still to be done: Calapan, Calamba, Oton. And to Morong.

A way to contributing to spreading the word of God - Evangelization...

Why it is important to succeed in our marketing efforts and why we can do this

Yesterday was the start of Holy Week. How do we celebrate Holy Week. Some will

involve doing way of the cross, self flagellation. So that they will be saved.

After committing a number of sins it is time to wash them away by penitence and flagellation.

So much for thoughts about salvation by forgiveness of sins. We can only do this by loving God above all and our neighbors as our selves. And not by carrying the Nazareno in a procession. By creating a Diyos diyosan.

WHY WE NEED TO SUCCEED IN OUR MARKETING EFFORTS

1. First to help ourselves; we cant stare at failure stalking us because of the inability to sell and fulfill our commitment;

It is better to succeed than to fail, to be poor hungry and penniless.

2. As part of our vocation responsibility as a Christian

We can repay the man who died on the cross by being good to our fellowmen, and being good and being excellent in our chose vocation, ie what we are doing right now.

By being a blessing to others.

THINK OF THE TAXES WE CAN PAY TO THE GOVT: to pay the wages to the govt employees, give social services, of the commission we pay to our agents, the amount we pay our services.

And yet we look at our performances: dismal and poor for the first quarter. Nagtitika ba tayo? So far we have managed to deliver only 84 plots sales vs target of 4,800, collection of P25,000,0000 vs P44, 100,000!

Goals:

To reach sales of P623,000,000 by 2018,

Total 16,900

Collection of 220,000,000

New Sales 73,000,000

CTA - 174,000,000

Reality/Background:

1. Actual sales achievement 84 vs 4,800/quarter = 1.75%

2. Actual collection P25,000,000/P41,000,000 60.97%

3. + Strength - Holy Gardens is a strong brand. It denotes Holy Ness

A beautiful and peaceful and Holy Place

4. It could be part of community Icon: a place for the dearly departed and

the living. A place where we celebrate gathering with the living and the

dearly departed

5.Very much a part of festivity and institution of the community:

town plaza

town hall

fiesta celebration

WE CAN SUCCEED:

1. We have done this before: we came so far to reach 35 years

2. We sold 350,000,000 last year

3. We invested in man power: well paid managers/CMOS, better hiring rate

4. Because of persistence. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent

This was the onlyh thought the motivation for Ray Kroc to build 3,500 stores

at the tender age of 52 even as he experienced difficulties as paper cup

and milk shake salesman

5. Opportunity opportunity opportunity

Everywhere we see in the golden globe of Holy Gardens the opportunity to earn

more commissions. Sell more plots, services and commissions.

More cash flows to improve our services and our business to serve more customers

Agenda: Update on revision of plan for Holy Gardens Greenhills Bangin expansion

1. Noted on the new plan:

1. The former lay out of the roads and plots were retained; that of having a longer

landing and putting roads nearer the river was not adopted

2. The costs therefore were contained

3. There would be a lot of terracing riprap with sidewalk

Engr Jay showed the 3d of the slope topo and we were right in saying that the transition portion from Phase 1 to Bangin is steep. And so with the adjoining

property of Andrea Subdivision

Comments and suggestion:

1. 2. The riprap/slope protection from Andrea should be included.
