                Passion  - is he interested in working (or just the suweldo) does he enjoy hard work, being with people, accomplishing things or he does not have much to show in terms of achievement, is company butterfly;  is he an achiever, does he have leadership;  Is he immature;  does he text and call while waiting for the interview

              Integrity   -  does he have one word, he still believes that honesty is the best policy?  Is he a balimbing, or a layer?

              Competence  -  does he pass the minimum requirement of the job, can he does he understand the job?   Is there a perfect fit between job and  his experience and educational attainment?
