New Model for Selling by Brian Tracy
Eddie B of MLII told me stories on his days as a missionary. He said he was assigned to Nueva Ecija - Bongabon, Palayan and they had to use bicycles because of great distances covered. Selling the gospel to people, as a missionary, as an evangelist are not much different. The steps are the same: you talk people to interest them to establish rapport. Then you set appointment. etc.
However, the only difference is that you are missionary and your reward is not material. You rewards are spiritual and psychic. It is difficult to leave people whom you have touched. You get a lot of letters later on but which dwindle in number later on.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

I have learned from the video clip that establishing a relationship is more important than product or services. The new model of selling constitutes a higher percentage (40%) on trust, 30% on needs, 20% on presenting and 10% on confirming. The great rule of selling is listening builds trust. When you listen, you are showing your customers that you are considering what that person is. Building relationships with customers will definitely result into sale.
