Subject Punctuality and joining teamwork activities

December 8, 2014

Greetings:

A great Immaculate Concepcion greetings.

It has been noted that:

1.  You are late in PE or occasionally fail to  attend to attend PE.  This is a part of our corporate affairs to develop teamwork and unity and your good office shall cooperate and join this regularly faithfully.

2.  Punctuality is the mother of all virtues and traits;  faithfulness, honesty, integrity starts from punctuality and you are enjoined to improve in this department.  These observations affect your performance evaluation/promotion

Your punctuality in attendance somehow carry over on how you do your perform in your job which follow the same pattern as we observe.

  1. Being punctual is a sign of a successful person. Coming to work early results on many things being accomplished. Being on-time or early in the scheduled meeting is well-appreciated. Time management and discipline are needed by the employees to be able to execute these.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
