Recently I encountered a staff who, by all account was responsible for the current challenges. When asked, he seemed indifferent and detached from reality. He does not understand why there is a problem. He said he was just waiting for further instructions and yet was very aggressive in doing things beyond his jd and mission. Many had lost their jobs and are likely to do so again and yet he is unstoppable and unrepentant.
I am rather appalled by the lack of responsibility that the actions of the actor invited the business disaster. One day, he will not know what hit him
I read in self dev: "If you keep on passing the buck to others, your will suffer a lot. I hope they do not. Kaawa awa naman

Being responsible also means admitting when one has made a mistake and taking full accountability for the consequences that follow. We have to OBEY and REFRAIN from causing TROUBLE.

He is not aware to his job responsibility, instead waiting for his/her boss instruction and if you allow to ask some question why don't you ask for the instruction based on the job that you will be made to. to avoid mistake, do not rely on others to work for you. If it is your job make it well and ask instruction to your boss in order to do the job properly and your boss should not rebuke you..

Knowing your one job means you must know the responsibilty behind it. We must lives not only for our own interest but we should live also for the others. So, whatever the job we handle or assigned to us, we must responsible for this action,,whatever mistakes we make do not pass to other anymore..
