1. Follow up on innovations on interment:
JUS emphasized on the CSS conference that if ever, there 3 things that every employee must remember: TO CREATE, TO INNOVATE, AND IMPROVE. Thus what the CSS wrote on the their exam must be implemented and checked.
2. As was discussed by Mr. Lacquian at Pampanga on interment improvement a ladies service crew can be utilized for de luxe interments.
Instead of using male interment crew (not the diggers) nice looking females even HS grads can be employed to assist in interment ceremonies. If ever we have chapel memorial service, we can have lady drivers too.
3. Purchase of 3 karuwahe for De Luxe Interments at P180,000 each for Calamba, Pangasinan, and La Union to enhance the special interment experience.. This could come from interment fee fund.
The GT conference that was postponed.

We had talk with Mam CC this morning regarding the following:
1. To follow up and Monitor all the CSS regarding their Innovation on how to create and
improve Interment Services.
2. As much as possible we will be hiring ladies for Interment Crew.
3. Purchase of 3 Carriage only for De Lux to introduce more the unique Interment of HGMP.
4. Agenda for the Meeting will be in Calamba, CMO will bring their own laptop for the preparation of Projection and target sales as part of Corporate Planning for next year.
5. Garden Technician will join the meeting but they will focus on actual after training.they will focus on the following:
1. There will be one in charge to explain or lecture on how to overhaul Grasscutter.
2. Actual cutting of PVC x3 to form Vertical Garden with Mwire.
3. Tripping to Memorial Park and will look for Herbal Plants.
They will also explain on how to take care of herbal plants.
4. Explaining on what to be prepare in the morning on carrying Tribike.
5. What and to apply 5's
6. How to decor Water falls.. They will going to purchase waterfalls for the Memorial Park soon after they get back to their respected SBU.

I already begin to create, improve and innovate the components of the interment. I also asked some of my friends if they have known people who can help us to acquire the innovation on the interment.
ReplyDeleteThe power of woman especially on the employment. As to the employment, people nowadays around the world are now on the transition of gender equality. If what the men can do, women can do it also. The opportunity on giving the women even high school graduates can be employed to assist on interment ceremonies, can give them the potential and the confidence that even it is peculiar in the eyes of some people, most of the people around them can show how important the women in our society.
The idea of DIY or do-it-yourself waterfalls was so cool, instead of purchasing an expensive mini waterfall on a pottery and even in the plant stall. The soothing sounds and peace in there can give a comfortable place and additional attraction for our customer. We can adopt it on our SBU.
