Key Activities:    

     Pick up
     Set up
     Cleaning, embalming beautifying and dressing the body
     Vehicle operations and maintenance
     Recruiting, maintaining and training staff for superior customer service

Costs:    Casket    1/10 and 1/8 of the SRP;   40% other costs:  embalming, fuel, depreciation, labor, for the freebies

GP:   30% of the SRP for the low end 50% for the high end.

The karuwahe can be rented out at P10t to P15t per use.

How is the Senior Citizen Discount managed?

At need is 20% or higher to embed the SC discount; or quote that the price is all ready discounted;

The 25t to P35t package should be quoted as net of discount

Always mention the highest price first;   The price list and the names are on separate cover.

Home viewing and chapel viewing shall be same:  home viewing entails transport of many things and gasoline expenses.  However when we run short of chapels we can

Please ask the JV partner if they want to invest in the chapel memorial service otherwise they get only the share for chapel use;  their share of the net income is proportionate to their investment net of expenses.
