5% shall be for the company GP;
Subject to the approval of the board:
5% shall be independent agents and sales execs.
Incentives for office staff who can sell - 2% of net sales.

1. Save the earth;
2. Avert power outage/shortage;
3. Help stop global warming
4. Help people save money.
