Stretching, helps to relax tense muscles which result from stress. The feeling of relaxation brings a sense of well-being and relief from tension.

Head Rotation 


Hand Rotation and Stretching 


Hand and Foot Stretching (Boxing) 

Stretching can help improve flexibility, and, consequently, range of motion in your joints. 



Two Hands and Foot Stretching 


Waist Rotation 


Knee Rotation 


Knee Stretching 





Hand and Body Stretching Side-ward (Left) 

Hand and Body Stretching Side-ward (Right) 

Jogging in place 

Better flexibility may improve your performance in physical activities or decrease your risk of injuries by helping your joints move through their full range of motion and enabling your muscles to work most effectively.
