It is sad to note that some promising companies are not going to see more years of existence under present owners because they are up for sale; or are closing down. Why did this happen?
1. Quality of management
2. Determination and drive of owners;
3. Business strategy employed?
Some companies may be glitzy or located in high profile areas but not so solid nor are the leaders so matured.
1. What are the four things that a real estate company top brass should remember:
1. Have a project that is the right size for your to handle. Handling several projects all at the same time or a large project multiplies the problem exponentially and they could kill your enterprise;
2. Start a project that you could sell yourself, or if you have a sales team on hand; if not dont.
3. LGM - Laging Gate Maganda (advise of Jess Lagman) Mind the cosmetics and beauty/presentation/landscaping architecture of your project
4. A real estate company must have triangle offense (just like a PBA team) or a triad (just like drug syndicate) construction, finance, and marketing. If you lack one, then you cant be very successful.
Their management trainees could not have learned these if their company cant pay their loan or if they are for sale.
WE SHOULD BE PROUD THAT WE ARE BUYING COMPANY AND STARTING AT LEAST THREE NEW BUSINESSES:
