Subject: Limiting number of email add for official use control thereof
Objective: 1. To secure our data ie to prevent the same from falling into wrong
hands
2. To faciltate solution of problem even if some employees resign
The non solution of request for com by Calapan and other incentives allegedly sent to certain parties like JC and MM underscored the need to control opening of emails
It is doubtful as to whether email used by the two above mentioned individuals are personal or corporate
Now we can research for the complaints in question. Now we are not sure if the said parties have within their control intellectual property of the company or sensitive data.
WTDN:
1. Distinguish or determine whether email are personal or corporate. Our staff are
enjoined not to send emails or reports to personal email accounts
2. Limit the official corporate accounts. HR and Accounting and MRS must have
control on the PW
3. The concerned parties can give to resigned employees unless they surrender the pass word and or the contents of the email which received information from sbu
4. A report on the implementation of this order is required:
What are the personal email accounts?
What are the remaining official corporate accounts
