As discussed yesterday, in order for the planned 7,000 plots sales ( about 250,000,000) we need to complete and provide the following on or before September 2018, the official start of the campaign:
1. PPA Calapan has until today no PPA yet despite notification since 3 months
ago. AP buy now and have the delivery made soon. Also WL
2. Manpower hiring:
Calamba: One (1) additional CSS na magreresibo; magdedeposito
Dalawang (2) ICR encoders na mag iinput ng abstract tutulong
sa sharing
Parehong aayusin ang abstract at PPA: ififile, aayusin, ipa
padala sa 3f,
Isa (1) additional driver for tripping
Calamba: total 4 staff
Pangasinan: one (1) additional SFC/ICR for Malasiqui
one (1) additional CSS for Malasiqui
one (1) driver for Malasiqui Crosswind
one (1) SFC for San Carlos
one (1) driver embalmer for CMCS Pangasinan
one (1)(CSS) to market and operate the CMCS
Pangasinan : Total 6 staff
These are urgent hiring
3f: One (1) additional AP who will process track the com of sellers and IF; ASAP; will do the OCV and the CDB.
3. Money:
REVOLVING FUND FOR COMMISSIONS AND BONUSES FOR SELLERS....
Use of OCV
4. Machinery:
Tables, chairs and computer for Malasiqui office
Crosswind for Malasiqui;
Dmax for La Union (kailan susunduin/dadalhin?)
