1.  For spot cash sales:

    Discount for  customer 5% of the TLP

    Incentives:         5%

                 Seller   -   +  2% of the TLP

                 Office staff:    3%

                    CMO   -   1.4%

                    CSS 1     0.4%

                3ff  RCRMA + SAA   + 0.2% of TLP

                SPOT CASH INCENTIVES:
               Less:    5% more for the customers
               For the seller:    2%   spot cash incentive
               For the office staff:
                                      CMO -   1.4%
                                      CSS 1 -   0.4%
                       RCRMA + SAA -   0.2

2.  Full payment of remaining balance

             It will be convenient for all us the customers and the ICR to have the ICR paid soon,   On the average,the 60 months 5 years ICR are paid on the  second year (experience of other memorial plans)

         We will encourage it sooner while giving rewards to many

        What :    incentives/rewards for full payment of remaining balance (12 months up only)

       Who:   SBU and 3f staff (agents/sellers are no longer included)

       When:   from today up to end of 2018

       How much;
       For the customer 2.5% discount
       For the SBU
              CMO  -    1.5%
             SFC    -     .25%
             CSS 1 -     .25%
                    Total  2.0

         3f               1.0 to be divided equally

      To be paid quarterly by check except for the customer and agents which could be supported by OCV, and discount voucher for the customer

     ACTION REQUIRED:    Register if you are registered.  Set your monthly
                                       target now.   Deadline   August 30, 2018
