Clarity of Role of BusinessManagement and Benta5x

This is to clarify the thinking on business management by all. Last Sunday, we received a communication apparently from and enemy, a former employee who was dismissed with prejudice for a cause <dishonesty> criticizing the Holy Gardens Memorial management system and structure <it happenned that he used the number from Globe before and did not realize that his unpalatable comments could be traced back to him>.

l.  On Benta, benta, benta:    The primary activity of a business is to sell;  no sales, no cash flow, no cash flow, no salaries.  Anybody who does not understand must not enjoy the fruits/salaries of the business.  Those who can not sell, or can not cooperate with sales effort must not be allowed to work in private business that thrives because fo sales


2.  The employees have the responsibility to sell, prove themselves to their superior that they can sell;  not the other way around.  The boss have earned their right to be there because they did their jobs, their duties, they were good subordinates/trainees before.  Please do not challenge your boss to prove themselves.  You must prove yourself;  to think otherwise shows very strong  lack of intelligence.  The trainee, as he is a trainee must prove his worth;  it can not be changed.

3.  The business has been around for the last 30 and there are systems, structure in place. The problem is that some people, pretending that they are smart change the system without permission and apprarently for dishonest and selfish reasons.  For obvious dishonest reason, some staff (who have been dismissed) defeat/disregard the system for own self pecuniary gains. And so with the one who sent the unidentified text who was ruled to be dismissed for a  cause.

4.  There are dismissals lately because of failure to discharge job correctly, insubordination (gross misconduct), and dishonesty. They were misfits.  It is our duty to run the business well,and get the wrong people off the bus/

I hate staff people who are:

l.  Dishonest

2. Can not follow/ are untrainable/uncontrollable
 
3.  Too much ego;  can not empty their cups or be humble

4.   Are young and corrupt, and can not be hope of their native land

5.  Lack the courage or the falls to face their adversary

  1. We are here to sell; we are being hired to sell. People are restrained to do this because of lack of knowledge and determination to succeed. Some do not want to be followed up and become irritated when being followed up. But this is the line of our business. And we must understand this.
    We must always stay close to our targets. To sell, sell and sell.
    We must know our enemies-- those who are not with us are against us.
    We must always believe that we are the best. It is in our hands to prosper this organization. Let us impress our boss and always stay motivated.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
