We have to be focus on our agents and agents in Funeral homes because we can increase our sales and collections from our at need client.
Focus in our former clients for upgrading and for cross sell.

·  We have scheduled house to house saturation Baruyan and Managpi

4.     Interment equipment – welding of one brace of tent by our Skilled CSS ( Herbert Macatangay, Cleaning of trailers. Vault Hauler.

5.     Interment procedures – Discussion of Interment program with our CSS and ISG – proper  and standard interment process flow

6.     Landscaping – removing of shrubs in the left and right wing inside the entrance – replacing it with peanut plant. Clearing of vines and grasses in our fence, to saw the beauty and whole area of our memorial park. Trimming and cultivating of topiary.


Vertical Gardens
We will send P.O. and MRF for materials in our new set for Vertical garden to finish our projects.

Herbal Gardens

Propagating and transferring of Four o’clock
Lawn and garden maintenance
5s sa mga lawn; Collecting of dried flowers and plastics in lawn area ;

Office
Placement of flat glass into the staff table, and native banig underneath of it. Additional drawer for the old documents.
Vehicle
Canvass of materials and labor, repair of Wrangler transmission, replacement of cracked side mirror, replacement of defective speedometer, fuel meter, and temperature meter. Placement of Horn.
Interment
Replacement of Speaker Sound System, additional chairs.
Saleable area and interment area
1 set of lawn mower, development of Memorial Park.
