Offering of beside lot to at need buyers. We gave folded fans to other class A prospects and inquiring customers. We improve our snacks in the office and offered hot coffee and cold soda in the office.

Security Guard

Reminding of the standard procedures and the time of roving. I instructed them to clean their area 50 meters away.
Office
        We made general cleaning of office chairs and interment chairs. We clean the office daily and we make sure that tables and receiving areas are clear and clean. Warm greetings by HGMP staff towards customer and prompt assistance; Offering of cookies and serves cold bottled soda, hot coffee to customers and agents, and offering of cold water to inquiries, buyers and paying clients.

Office decor

Cleaning of office every morning, done 5S in the office and bodega. Cleaning of glass doors and windows, cleaning of bamboo fountain.
Site

Repainting of Chapel trellis; Landscaping in Island 2; Daily watering of plants and grasses; trimming of shrubs, brush cutting in lawn areas and parking
Car

Daily cleaning of vehicle. Checking of parts every morning, cleaning inside and out Crosswind and make use of the TPM card.
Toilets

General cleaning every morning and check-up of cleanliness every afternoon


  1. Interment equipment – Cleaning of lowering device and smoke machine and sound system every after each use.

  1. Interment procedures – Scattering of petals on the floor of crypts and new motif set up.

  1. Landscaping – securing newly landscaped area in Lawn 5A by putting up small bamboo sticks
