We were able again to sell this week ,though it is only 1 lot. we must exert  and double again our  effort  for us to aim our target for next month.We have  visited our prospects on superior products and give them token (folded fun) during the visit. Therefore, sales appear  that we can have a nother sale  this week  same as last week.

We need to know if there are lot of competitors,how much they sell and how many people are searching for such product or service online?We need to do this to determine whether or not you appear to have a winning product or service.
We  need to stepback and  think about the channels where you would like to sell your products or services.You need to set up the systems that you need to support customers such as phone,system,email,website and other systems.The best way to start way your marketing is with the low hanging fruit.Go to the place where people are already looking for similar types of products or services and adeally where they are in “buy mode”.

Northern Luzon Security Agency has submitted their company profile to us ,we will be  sending the documents to the head office for approval

–   We clean daily the office and we make sure that tables and receiving areas are in proper order and condusive for receiving customers. Warm greetings by HGMP staff towards customer and prompt assistance unto them offering of mineral bottled water to inquiries, buyers and paying clients.

Text blast and visitation of paying client. We also follow-up arrears clients and inform them regarding our compounding penalty.

Cleaning of office every morning, done 5S in the office and bodega. Cleaning of glass doors and windows.
Re arranging of ornamental plants.

Daily watering of plants from entrance to all road of the park. Gt also watered plants in the nursery. An area of 1,745 square meters done brush cutting.

Cleaning in and out of the patrol car done by our TS.
Changed the tires of Nissan  
Toilets
Daily cleaning with soap and water daily every morning and GT fetched  water from  the container for customers’ use.

4.   Interment equipment – 5S on our interment equipment right after the interment. 
5.   Interment procedures – Systematic way of interment procedure always followed in order for us to render the excellent quality of our interment.

6.   Landscaping – GTs’  are more of focusing in watering the plants every morning and afternoon.




Vertical & Herbal Gardens
Daily watering  in morning and afternoon of vertical gardens in crypt area and herbal plants also other plants in the nursery
Lawn and garden maintenance
Brush cutting,1,745 sq.mtrs.TS also help in clearing the lawn area by collecting dried flowers and plastic wrappers in the lawn.

Pulling out of unwanted grass and weeds at Apartment area and family Estate

Daily watering of plants in morning and in the afternoon

Plants planted at Nursery:
