We just have 5 clients who avail the Buyers Lot Deposit scheme. We also followed up our prospects in UPV village and they ask us to move the appointments next week after the final exams. We also did leafleting yesterday and  today at Tigbauan town proper to increase the number of our prospects.

Security Guard
Replacement of new security guard from Da Rossi Agency. And talk to him about our code of conduct. Remind him of his Bio Data
Office
We have transferred to the new office beside the imperial Bank. We have installed a new tarpaulin signage. We are waiting for the release of the budget for the panaflex
Payments
Text blast and visit of arrear customer to remind them about their monthly amortization. Including SOA of arrears in Loan
Documents
Proper checking of documents before sending to Head office and always having a transmittal for pouch having proper documentation.
Interments
Checking of Lowering device and carpets.
PO for WD40 for lowering device maintenance
We will Po for new steel frame for our lowering device.
Offered the new interment fee service (economy to clients but stresses the value of luxury and deluxe service.

3.       UniqCSEx

Office furniture
Nilinis ang mga sofa at pinagpagan. Tapos nilalagyan ng pabango. Mag canvass para ipa upholster ang sofa.
Office décor
Nag canvass ng mga bagong decors sa bagong office.
Car
Araw-araw na paglilinis ng eagle at pagcheck up para sa mga dapat ipaayos. Nilagyan ng bumper ang eagle as per instruction ni Sir JUS.
Toilets
Paglilinis araw araw ng cr at paglagay nang tubig sa balde
Snacks
Nagprovide ng C2 drinks at mga biscuits para sa customers at soon to be clients.
4.       Interment equipment – Mag  PO ng bagong pinta at carpet dahil luma na at may mga punit na.
5.       Interment procedures – Actual checking of interment checklist 2-3 hours before the interment. Si Miss Daisy Escueta na ang bagong Interment specialist sa HGOMP.
6.       Landscaping – Pagdidilig ng mga punla sa herbal garden at vertical garden at pagpapalit ng mga     namatay sa vertical garden. 

Vertical Gardens
Araw-araw dinidiligan ang mga halaman sa vertical garden sa harap ng gate.
At naglagay ng bagong vertical garden as Phase II


Herbal Gardens
Inilipat ang mga herbal plant sa paligid ng puno ng buko malapit sa cr para madaling madiligan

Lawn and garden maintenance
Pinalinisan ang mga lapida para Makita nang customer ang perpetual care at paghahanda sa valentines day

Compost Pit
Pagsasaayos ng compost pit area. Para pondohan ng mga tuyong damo para gawing pataba.

Nursery Garden
Planting of additional plants in nursery garden. Patuloy na pagdidilig sa mga halaman sa vertical garden

Deep well

Gumawa ng PDCA at nag canvass ng mg arc pipe para sa deep well kasama na ang labor sa paggawa ng balon.  Pinasa na sa HO ang PDCA. For follow up kung kilan masisimulan. Gumawa ng contract sa Deep well
Road Works
Pinagawa ng PDCA para masimulan na ang road works.
