Last week:
SALES:  2 lot reservation
We focus more on reservations and partial in order that someday we have something to close. We also visit our prospects on superior products and give them token (folded fun) during the visit. Therefore, sales appear that we are better this week than last week.

Offering adjacent lot or upgrading to the both clients visited in the office and in the park . We gave folded fans to other class A prospects and inquiring customers. We provide refreshment in the office and offer mineral bottled water to the clients coming in our office.

We discuss newly post blog in the Bulletin Board every morning together with the GT and giving them their designated task. And for the marketing, we discuss of possible for closing and for visitation.

Office
–   We clean the office daily and we make sure that tables and receiving areas are clear and clean. We also put orange ribbon on receiving chairs. Warm greetings by HGMP staff towards customer and prompt assistance unto them offering of mineral bottled water to inquiries, buyers and paying clients.

Text blast and visitation of paying client. We also follow-up arrears clients and inform them regarding our compounding penalty.

5S after interment, placing of marker and Bermuda will be done after tampering of plot

Office decor
Cleaning of office every morning, done 5S in the office and bodega. Cleaning of glass doors and windows.
Site
Daily watering of plants from entrance to all road of the park. Gt also watered plants in the nursery. An area of 15,735 square meter done brush cutting.
Car
Cleaning in and out of the patrol car done by our TS. He also removes the rust at the top/roof portion of the patrol and put paint unto it.
Toilets
Clean with soap and water daily every morning and GT fetch water in the container in order that customers have something to use if they use the rest room.

  1. Interment equipment – 5S on our interment equipment right after the interment.  Ms. Rocel made a request for the replacement of the tire of the vault hauler. Its almost a couple of year since the tire was purchased and its already damage.

  1. Interment procedures – Systematic way of interment procedure always followed in order for us to render the excellent quality of our interment.

  1. Landscaping – GT’s is more of focusing in watering the plants every afternoon and in the afternoon.

Vertical & Herbal Gardens
Daily watering of vertical gardens in crypt area and herbal plants in the nursery
Lawn and garden maintenance
Construction
Brush cutting of 15,735 sq.m. in the east and north portion of the park. TS also help in clearing the lawn area by collecting dried flowers and plastic wrappers in the lawn.
Plastering of roof beam and wall of the chapel was done during this week as well as concreting of pathway in front of the office and catch-basin cover.
