Compare to last week we sold 13 lots; 1 GE & 1 memory lawn, 13 lots reservation.For this coming week we will make sure that we will improve more by following the instruction of our Officer in charge, Sir Eddie Borejon.  We were inspired by one of our agenda at conference last March 21, 2013 with Sir Jeorge, Ma'am Aireen & Sir Eddie;  'Looking at processes particularly 'TECHLOG CTIP.'

We will focus more on Marketing activities by offering UNIQSEX

4. Saturation at nearby subdivision, particularly SENTOSA, CRESCENT KROLL & AMAIA.
5. Leafletting during internment.

The ageing should be finished this week so that we could deliver collection letter,  & SOA
 
On beautification of Memorial Park,
1. Making Vertical garden

4. 5'S at the office.
 
To achieve this improvement we will put into practice  the Agenda of our Conference  last March 21,2013.

Additional advise to log plate no. of vehicle entering the memorial park so as to have monitoring to all vehicles entering and leaving the memorial park.

Follow up of approved budget for interior improvement of the office, passing of the proposal of our CCTV & wifi.

  Looking at processes - shortening time to do it, removal of some steps.

New internment motiffs was delivered from  Head office.    
Black liner should be replaced, as per conversation with Ma'am Aireen the said device should be replace since the device we are currently using was an old one.

4. Interment equipment – Mag PO ng bagong pinta at carpet dahil luma na at may mga punit na.
5. Interment procedures –  Assesing of interment documents before accepting payments, interment fee should be paid three (3) days prior to interment schedule. Posting of pre- and post- interment.
6. Landscaping – Pagdidilig ng mga punla sa herbal garden at vertical garden at pagpapalit ng mga namatay sa vertical garden.
