Tips for deleting your bale, um ah (credibility killers) in your vocabulary/speech

Some mannerism could be distractive and rob away your speech and credibility with your frequent ahhs and umms ohs.  Right.  or worse Bale

I have come across trainees whom I am afraid have not changed nor managed to remove their vales and ahhs

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
