Some further discussion of details

1.  We await the final elevation and plan of Engr. Ben Alcantara who has been given D/P for the planning of the bangin.  He awaits the as built plan from other sources. However he has not clarified as to whether the as built plans  is for the 1 hectare only or the entire 5 hectare.  He has indicated that he needs the elevation for the boundary of the developed and undeveloped area.  That is not clear yet because he has not replied to text messages or email.

The first priority is the Kamay ni Jesus which will be visible from NLEX and Turbina.   They will present a structural plan which will cost P40,000.   And they will present it when they get a DP of P500,000.

1.  Main image/sculpture

     Alex, the sculptor proposed a 50 ft Kamay ni Jesus, on a 10 ft pedestal to be built on top of the hill highest point of the bangin to be visible at Turbina and San Juan bridge at SLEX

      Cost P1,500,000  includes structural, scaffolding; 

      Term of payment  50% dp (can be reduced to P500,000) vs PB

                                   25% at 50% completion

                                    25% at 100 %

       Building permit barangay  if ever will be for our account

His latest contract for a 60 ft sculpture at Tarlac for St. Benedictine was P3,000,000 (he showed me picture and contract)

We can start anytime upon approval and DP and provided we have identified the right location for the sculpture

2. Other images:

     of 20 ft will cost us P300,000;  we need say 3:    Virgin Mary  St MIchael Archangel,   (900,000

3. Way of cross:  

     On ritablo at P20,000 each     8 x 10       x 13                        P260,000

4.  Landscaping 

     Say 100,000  fee for Totie Argana.  Plants will be planned by him, those that do not need a lot of water, like Japanese bush, golden duranta, Japanese bush.   

     Some will be sourced from Bulacan, or Bay Laguna                 500,000

They have not planned for the site despite a topo plan.  They will go for oido planning.

We will have to have this plan by Ben Alcantara for the saleable plots (not less than P600,000,000 worth of revenues)
