Background/Reality
I just learned affer inquiring about the 13th month of employees that a certain individual's 13th month shall be withheld becaue of he borrowings: from the trainees. This is an abuse of authority.
Therefore we shall this offense under Section 2 with Class D penalty
2.34 - Borrowing money, gadgets, asking for joining fees, id fees, etc (where none is really required) from trainees (both office and sales) suppliers. And even more so for refusing or failing to pay.
When discovered,and if proven under investigation, such abuse shall be classified as such at the date committed and the resignation of the employee after duly informing him shall be classified as dismissed.
This shall be added to the CCD list immediately and for strict compliance
