Re: Deadline December 21, 2016 for submission of corrected plan on how to increase personal and SBU income

The above SBUs failed to submit finalized /corrected SBU plans for 2016 increase their income.  A memo was sent on December 20, (3 days before) notifying the SBUs of the deadline.  Still the above 3 failed to comply.

Please take note of the line in the memo:

Should the SBU fail to meet the deadline, the privileges for earning more based on NCR, the tools:   incentives, the sale of PIS and PMS, marketing incentives are deemed waived and may not be used during the year.   It is deemed as lack of interest and commitment to be more and do morel



This office can not comprehend why such an opportunity should be missed or the heads fail to comply.

The non submission is also a violation of CCD:  to wit:  2.31  Failure to submit assigned work on agreed time -  Class C

How can we be successful if we keep on doing the wrong thing:     being late, setting wrong priority 

What did Einstein say about this?  INSANITY.


SHOULD YOU HOWEVER HAVE STRONG REASONS TO CONTINUE THIS, YOU MAY MAKE A PASSIONATE APPEAL... FOR THIS OFFICE TO RECONSIDER

This office is disappointed with my inability to act to its head after several repeated attempts.  A change of behavior is urgently needed.
