Sana lumaki ang benta after this conference. The conference bill is smaller. The food bill is 2t+ only compared to Oton's 3.5t. We expect more from everyone. And to work hard.

ReplyDeleteContinues removal of tall grasses at HGPMP. We really need to have a budget (self supporting)for the purchase of rider type mower.
There are a lot of learning we gain in the conference.We have discussed and identified the brutal facts and problems that need improvement in our selves and work. Poor communication, lack of initiative to do task and most of all, low performance in sales and collections.
ReplyDeleteThe said meeting helped us to realize once more that we must always strive to raise the bar higher and to work harder for our survival.
After the said conference we will be able to:
1. Master ourselves. Mastering the selling techniques. Increase prospects. Improve our selves esp in selling.
2. Understand and carry out our MVP.
3. Enjoy what we are doing and not focusing on struggles and pressures.
4. Improve our way to communicate. More focus, attention and reverence. Compliance with the standards and our team cultures.
5. Be more results oriented people. lalagyan ng push, "diin" and aming mga gagawin, passion. Pataasin ang benta't collection this 2nd sem.

The purpose of our conference is to improve our sales.our performance. Here are some of the insights that i have gained during the conference:

3. The importance of our MVP-to be remembered when we die. The only remembrance we have when we are gone in this world is the memorial plot so we need to encourage people to invest with us.
4. Enjoying what we are doing. To cope up with pressures and struggles.
5. Personal mastery in what we are doing.
6. Intensive training of staff.
7. Seriousness and focus in our goals and targets.
8. Making it our own-the company. ariin natin na parang atin. Huwag pabayaan na matalo tayo ng mga competitor. a lot of people if counting on us so we must do our best to sell.
9. Be result oriented always. Always remember, bear in mind that if we don't sell we don't eat.
