JUS, Hainee, and Ms. Brenn Garcia poses for remembrance at Jollibee SM Rosales
North Cluster: Pangasinan and La Union Memorial Park met Friday at Jollibeee SM Rosales to finalize the marketing plans for May. The LED TV that was proposed by Ms. Brenn Garcia for La Union was likewise bought. It came with a free DVD and cost only P19,999.00.
However, Ms. Hainee came very late for the meeting. The Angono delegation which travelled since 4 am arrived the earliest.
Some salient points of the conference:
l. There will be new price for all lots
2. There will be lots previously not sold which will be sold;
3. Prior to the execution of the new prices and #2, there will be introductory offers.
1. The existing lots can still be sold at old prices provided reservation fee of P5,000 shall be made prior to the effectivity date.
2. The new lots offered for sale shall have introductory prices; same as l.1 will be implemented.
4. Upon the execution date (say June 6, 2013)
the following promos may be offered:
l. No dp scheme up to 2 years
2. full d/p but zero interest for one year.
3. for purchase of lots of 4 or more, gifts of up to 2% of NLP shall be given to the buyer who makes 20% downpayment.
5. For all lot buyers in 2013, they will be given a rebate/commission of up to 2% of the NLP of buyers whom they will refer.
