To execute our strategies, we need people.
We need to recruit.
We have been following this through text and we do not get response (subtraction to communication for performance evaluation. Many are all ready zero in this department)
There are incentives that are outlined published like signing bonus and referral fee and many may not have been motivated.
There are selected companies that can qualify for NSS but cant if they have incomplete staff.
