I went around Iloilo city and saw many places that were ugly. Perhaps we can learn from these pictures on what to avoid, and or by eliminating these, we can make our parks more beautiful:
The broken
The broken window concept. Do we have broken windows at HGMP?
The electric wires, the vendors shacks, the pockmarked streets
Old buildings and ugly electric wires
Graffitti, the broken window symptom
Garbage, graffitti
Burned down building, garbage, plenty of signages
Good for micro entrepreneurs; cant we have order, repainting
Telcos conspire with big ads to deface the city
Lunar landscape has no place in a beautiful city
Hmmm what is wrong here?
Abandoned and dilapidated Queen City Garden Mall <where is the garden?>
What makes the place ugly?
What can be done?
