Minimum content of daily tex direct report to the SMD

We shall standardize the minimum contents of daily text sms direct report to the office of the SMD:

I  For SBUs

1.  Results:

     Sales  amount

     Number of units  # plots

     #BVO

     Gross Receipt

      Net receipts:

2.  Outputs:

     # of Class A prospects

     #interments done

     # trippings

     # sales presentations

     # of foff postings (complete with links

      # of griefshare postings (complete with links/QR

     # agents visited

     # agents recruited

     (only if your staff is incomplete)  # of applicants

     # of promo items

     # merienda for customer served

     # type of park beautification being conducted

II  For BPI

1.  Results:

    SBU sales:    Amount

    #

    # BVO

2.   BPI:

    # Sales by Records

    # of docs finished

    # of docs signed

    # of docs notarized

    # of docs pouched

    # of docs followed up

    # of prospects

3.   # collection letters

      # of rescission letters sent

      # of forfeitures

     (weekly level of arrears)

4.  CVs made

5.  # of CVs signed

6.  # of checks made and signed

7.  BPI business generated for the day


III  Marketing coordinator:

1.  Sales amount

2.  Net Cash Received for sales

3.  Agents recruited

4.  Agents visited/motivated

5.  #Total number of Class A prospects

8. # of email marketing

9. # leaflets distributed
