On delayed payment of wages, labor contractor

Background:

We have had several cases of:

1.  Forgotten delayed payments of:   vault labor contractor, Garden Contractors and they trouble senior officials to no end with constant texting.

2. Commissions.  It is our goal to have more agents, and they are motivated by their commissions.  It is their only means of livelihood and they have to pay their wages.  Commissions are to be paid immediately (within 7 days from submission of requirements.  It is our commitment to them

3.  Suppliers

Such practice at 3ffb, at AP are wrong.  Not only it is a bad management practice, it is not only illegal (the Labor Code specifies when wages are to be paid - every 15 days) but against God.

Our standards of performance must be equal to or better than the PAYMENT OF OUR OWN SALARIES:

1.  Our salaries are to be paid exactly on time.

2.  They must be accurate to the last centavos

3.  They must reflect reality.

From Leviticus:    Chapter 19: 13. (Di lang labor code ang kalaban natin if we neglect the proper and prompt payment of wages

"Thou shall not defraud thy neighbors, neither rob him;  THE WAGES OF HIM THAT IS HIRED SHALL NOT ABIDE WITH THEE ALL NIGHT UNTIL MORNING.

Thou shall not with hold nor delay wages. Di lang DOLE kalaban mo.  Pati Biblia at Diyos.   Mga treasurer, mga ap na may pagkululang, take note.

These omissions may go unnoticed by our HR, but not with the Lord

Exception of course shall be the last wage when the employee leaves the company, especially when his leaving is illegal (without turn over, or observing the correct number of days notice)

THUS WE HAVE TO MAKE OUR AP SYSTEM ROBUST AND STRONG.  MAKE THIS EFFICIENT.  THERE WERE SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS MADE BUT THE DELAYS AND MISTAKES PERSIST
