SUBJECT:   RAMPING UP THE POINT SYSTEM TO BOOST BVO SALES

1. Objective:

    1.  To reach sales of P10 million for February

    2.  To activate agents and CSS to sell now.

    3.  To utilize ME to leverage sales

2.  Reality:

   1. It is taking time for staff to understand BVO.   There is a lack of indifference and negativity to whatever is new.

   2.  Staff easily cave in to negative comments and objection of customer

   3.  There are many people who do not believe, nor are inspired by the leadership, and still remain the same, resistant to change and new ideas.

   4.  Punctuality and promptness is not one of our virtues.

   5.  The service, non lot portion of BVO is not incentiveable.  Only point system at 1% is available for agents only for lot.

Options:

1.  No change;

2.  Boosting upgrading of the point system

WHAT:

The point system, is upgraded changed to be as follows:

A.  The point system is removed from the lot and is to be made available for services bundled with the lot under the BVO system  (Who)

1. CSS1 and CSS 2, CMO with complete 201 files and certificates of training (for newbies);

2.  Agents who are duly accredited.  (Hurry to have your performing agents accredited)

B.  Rate:

Upgraded from 1% to 5%  if they sell or produce sales on or before February 14, 2014. 

Upgraded from 1% to 2.5% if they sell only or produce sales after February 14, 2014.

C.  Applicability:

Only for services under BVO; thus:   interment service, funeral service, and chapel use.  lots are now excluded from point system.

D.  Who will monitor:

CSS 1 in the province.

Marketing Coordinator shall submit a monthly report on this.

E.  Redemption:

Redemption is every 90 days;  thus for the first quarter:  redemption is within 15 days after March 30, 2014, or until April 15, 2014

For Q2, it is until July 15, 2014.

F Types of redemption:

In cash or in kind.

G. Who will initiate the redemption:

The CMO duly noted by the MC.

H.  Timeline:

The AP must process this within 7 calendar days from receipt.

I.  Who will approve:

This office. No vetoing allowed when everything has been duly verified by various offices.

J. Example:

  Let us say the bundle consist of the following:

  1.  Lot     -   P46,000

  2.  IS             19,000 (18,999)

  3.  CU            10,000.

  4.  FS             l7,500

Total amount subject to point system:   P46,500 or 46.5 points x 50  = P2,325

WOW!  How about that?

How many prospects do you have in mind until February 14 2014.

If you have 10 solid prospects you can earn as much as additional P23,000 only for first half of February.

How about for the second half of February?

How about in March 2014?
